Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
- Operating hours: 07:00 to 23:00
- Gross monthly salary: €1,434.82

- Provide customer support via phone and email
- Answer customer enquiries and deliver effective solutions
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Support external partners and sellers using the platform
- Provide guidance regarding digital products and services
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Dutch Level C2 English Level B2
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
