Job Description: Delivery of end-to-end .NET/C# applications and custom Azure DevOps extensions for a banking initiative, centred on process automation, system integration and DevOps ways of working.
Must-Have
- Mid to Senior profile, ideally 6+ years of experience, with autonomy and consolidated hands-on background
- .NET/C# as core stack, including ASP.NET and ADO.NET, plus front-end skills in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and Node.js where relevant
- Essential command of Azure DevOps Extension SDK, REST API and UI for extension development
- REST integrations between Azure DevOps and other systems, Service Hooks included, using Postman and Swagger
- PowerShell scripting for automation, and SQL for database maintenance and query tuning
- Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code, with essential use of GitHub Copilot for coding, refactoring and testing, under critical review and security and confidentiality compliance
- Azure DevOps administration, governance and best practices, covering Boards, Repos, Pipelines, access and permissions
- Solution and architecture design on Azure DevOps, with DevOps adoption to improve team practices
- Strong background in Azure Cloud and CI/CD pipelines
- Power Platform and Power BI
- Microsoft certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert and Power Platform Developer Associate
