Are you great at building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning connections into business? At LovelyStay, we're looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, initiative, and ambition to join our Business Development team in Madeira.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of our property portfolio;
• Conduct property visits, present commercial solutions, and lead negotiations with property owners and potential partners;
• Build and strengthen commercial relationships and strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion;
• Manage the commercial process, from contract negotiation and execution to coordination with the Onboarding team, ensuring a smooth transition;
• Monitor the sales pipeline, performance KPIs, and market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth;
• Maintain accurate CRM records, commercial documentation, and reporting, ensuring data quality and reliability.

What You Should Bring

• Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential. We want someone who feels confident communicating in English with colleagues and international partners;
• Communication: Are you a confident communicator who knows how to connect with people and tell compelling stories? Perfect!
• Motivation & Curiosity: A genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on challenges, with the drive to achieve targets and earn commissions;
• Organization & Goal Orientation: The ability to manage priorities effectively and stay focused on achieving targets;
• Positive Attitude: Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset are key to succeeding in this role!
• Analytical Skills: The ability to solve problems, think strategically, and research information to make well-informed decisions.
