Job Description
We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide professional and friendly support. You will use your Italian and English language skills to ensure clear communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian
- Proficient in English
- Good communication and customer service skills
Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), with weekends off.
