BiG is a Portuguese bank specializing in Savings and Investment, with physical presence in Portugal, Spain, and Mozambique, and serving clients in Poland from the head office in Lisbon.

We are looking to recruit a candidate to join our Trading Platforms team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support and answer questions from clients investing in financial markets via phone, email, and chat;
Build and maintain a reputation for outstanding customer service;
Understand clients’ needs and present effective solutions in a constantly evolving environment;
Work and communicate effectively with team members, product managers and other internal teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients and foster a positive working environment.

Requisitos mínimos

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field;
Fluency in Polish and English;
Strong interest in trading and financial markets;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Optimistic, proactive personality with a commercial mindset.
