As a Senior Product Manager for Data Analytics & AI, you will shape products that turn data, analytics, and AI into measurable business value across Siemens Energy. You will take end-to-end ownership, identifying opportunities, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and guiding products through development, adoption, scaling, and continuous improvement. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Beyond individual products, you will help shape strategic Data & AI priorities, emerging capabilities, and the evolution of the wider product portfolio.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own Data Analytics & AI products end-to-end, from discovery and business case development through delivery, adoption, scaling, and lifecycle management.
- Define and evolve product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities, aligning business needs with the broader Data & AI strategy.
- Partner with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary technology teams to identify high-value opportunities and translate complex challenges into data-, analytics-, and AI-driven products.
- Prioritize product demand and investment based on business value, strategic relevance, user needs, feasibility, and available capacity, while defining KPIs for value, adoption, customer satisfaction, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic Data & AI topics, including portfolio priorities, emerging technologies, product standards, governance, and future capabilities, while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in product management, digital products, data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technology environments.
- Proven experience managing complex data, analytics, AI, or digital products across their full lifecycle, from strategy and ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of the Data & AI landscape, including analytics, data platforms, machine learning, and Generative AI, combined with the ability to create product strategies and translate business objectives into actionable priorities.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, balancing business value, customer impact, strategic fit, feasibility, and investment requirements in Agile/Lean environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and make complex Data & AI topics accessible to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in global and multicultural organizations is required, while energy or industrial sector experience is an advantage.
