Business Analyst (French Speaker)

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with over 3 years of professional experience in requirements analysis and functional documentation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in both French and English, and a solid understanding of technical architectures and SQL. This role requires a proactive approach to coordinating between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that all functional specifications meet company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and document functional requirements.
• Create user stories and facilitate story mapping sessions.
• Write and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Execute tests and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and insights during project implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in French (C1) and English (B2/C1).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and database modeling.
• Understanding of technical architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the banking industry.

Other Details:

This position will involve collaboration with multiple teams and may require some level of flexibility in working arrangements. Candidates with exposure to Agile environments are preferred.
