Must-Have
- Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and related areas, including Sales, Pricing, Billing and Delivery
- Experience with SAP troubleshooting, resolving functional issues and implementing new functionalities and improvements
- Fluent English, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, and across distributed, multicultural teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, structured and collaborative approach
- Experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner, or in a similar SD billing-process ownership role
- Knowledge of SAP SD integration with MM, FICO and PP
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA transformation projects
- Project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute projects in a timely manner
