Join a customer support team for a recognized leader in the automotive industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. You will assist customers to build and improve the relationship between the company and its users, helping meet high targets for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

Location: Braga, Portugal
Work model: Fully remote. Preference is given to candidates already residing in Portugal
Languages: German and English
Schedule: 24/7 operations, Monday to Sunday, on rotational shifts, with two rotating days off
Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a food allowance for each working day
Relocation: Accommodation can be provided exceptionally, if necessary, for candidates relocating to Portugal

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm
Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience
Stay up to date on the latest offers, policies and services to give customers accurate and timely information
Show warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
