As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative based in Braga or Aveiro, you will deliver personalized support across multiple channels, assist clients with vehicle rentals, reservations, and options, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service via phone, email, and messaging.
- Assist clients with reservations, rental options, pricing, and rental conditions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services or upgrades.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, professionally, and within established deadlines.
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and proactive support.
- Fluent/native-level proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Current residency in Portugal (required; no relocation support provided).
- Solid computer literacy and comfortable navigating administrative software systems.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and suggest relevant service additions (sales orientation is a plus).
- Customer-focused attitude, strong team spirit, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Base Salary: €930.00 gross/month
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (:€160.00–€167.00/month tax-free)
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €85.00
- Total Estimated Monthly Package: :€1,175.00 – €1,182.00 gross value
- Work-Life Balance: Guaranteed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
