What will you do?

Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies
Process policy changes and update payment details
Handle claims and cancellation requests
Prepare and send policy documents and written responses
Manage and archive documents in internal systems
Deliver professional, accurate and customer-focused support

What are we looking for?

C2 Romanian and B2 English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional, diplomatic and customer-focused approach
Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
