Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls about credit products and financing requests.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalised support.

- French language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Must currently reside in Portugal.
