Private Credit Loan Administration Officer

Are you passionate about private markets, loan operations, and financial services? Then this position is for you.
As a Private Credit Loan Administration Officer, you will join a specialized team delivering operational services for private credit, infrastructure debt, and real estate debt investments. You will contribute to the efficient execution of loan administration activities while ensuring service quality, risk awareness, and compliance with established procedures and service level agreements.
Build Side
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new clients, products, and operational workflows.
- Support the enhancement of reporting, data quality, and process efficiency initiatives.
- Contribute to documenting and improving operational procedures and best practices.
- Assist with training activities and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Participate in projects aimed at strengthening risk management and operational excellence.
- Perform loan administration activities in accordance with procedures and service level agreements.
- Process and validate operational transactions while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Analyze, reconcile, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform controls based on operational procedures, risk mapping, and four-eyes principles.
- Manage operational queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate incidents, exceptions, and unresolved issues appropriately.
- Produce reports and operational information to support decision-making and oversight activities.
- Follow up on client instructions and ensure a high level of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to collateral administration, middle-office activities, and other private credit operational services when required.
- Support newcomers' onboarding and contribute to maintaining a collaborative team environment.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and ideally have 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Financial Services, Asset Management Operations, Loan Administration, or Middle Office activities.
You are interested in alternative investments and private markets and are eager to develop your expertise within a fast-growing financial services environment.

- Understanding of banking and financial operations.
- Knowledge of loan administration, middle-office, or asset servicing activities is a plus.
- Strong data analysis and reconciliation capabilities.
- Risk and control awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with operational systems and financial data.
- Interest in Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt, and Alternative Investments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
