Assist French-speaking customers and handle their inquiries

Requirements

Fluent French (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
