About The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with enquiries, technical issues, orders, deliveries, and product-related questions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to sales, after-sales, and product enquiries.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers towards effective solutions.
- Assist with orders, deliveries, warranty claims, refunds, and replacements.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system in English.
- Recommend suitable products and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
- Fluent Dutch language skills.
