As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers with their insurance policies, helping them manage requests and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.

- Process policy-related requests and prepare responses, information and contract documentation
- Manage document indexing and electronic archiving
- Update policy details, including payment information
- Process claims and policy cancellation requests
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency and a high standard of customer service
- C2 level Polish and B2 level English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, diplomatic approach when dealing with customers
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and strong teamwork skills
