Komodo Consulting is a technology and strategy firm specializing in Digital Transformation. Operating in Portugal and Poland, we provide IT Consulting & Nearshore services. We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas:
- Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;
- IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.
We are seeking a QA Tester to work on a technology project.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Define and implement a test strategy aligned with project testing requirements;
- Build and maintain a framework for test case identification, creation, execution, reporting, and documentation;
- Implement test cycles at Sprint, Release, and rollout levels within an Agile environment;
- Review deliverables and outcomes from a validation perspective;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure compliance and that all necessary reviews and approvals are completed.
- 2+ years of experience in QA/Testing;
- Experience with ALM tools — Jira and/or Azure DevOps;
- Proven ability to define test strategies and build testing frameworks;
- Experience with Agile test cycles, including Sprint, Release, and rollout phases;
- English proficiency at B2 level or above;
- Currently residing in Portugal;
- Availability for a hybrid working model in Lisbon or Coimbra (minimum 2 days per week at the office);
- Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines;
- Nice to have: experience with AI/LLM technologies;
- Nice to have: ISTQB or ASTQB certification.
