We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to join Teleperformance in Portugal working with Facebook, one of the world's most popular online platforms!

What you'll be doing:

Assist registered users and community members via telephone, email, and chat.
Help users finalize their registration and navigate products and services smoothly.
Provide high-quality service to ensure every interaction matters.

What we need from you:

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES!
Passion for customer care, strong communication skills, and effective questioning.
Comfort using computer software and digital tools.
Experience in digital marketing or platform support is a plus!
