How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Help manage the recruitment and selection process, as well as onboarding;
• Work with the hiring managers to create appealing job descriptions and send targeted messages to spark the interest of specific candidates;
• Source candidates through various channels;
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews;
• Create a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs;
• Provide a good recruitment experience, both to our candidates and our colleagues;
• Host and participate in career events and Employer Branding activities;
• Manage internship programs and partnerships with universities;
• Actively search for opportunities for improvement of the R&S process;
• Participate and contribute to other People & Culture initiatives.

Who Thrives in This Role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, human resources, organizational psychology, sociology, or other related fields;
• Customer and goal-oriented, organized, team player, with the ability to identify and set priorities;
• Strong communication skills to deal with different national and international stakeholders and candidates;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Portuguese;
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Willing to learn and grow;
• Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
