Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
- Provide effective solutions and professional advice.
- Support customers through back-office channels.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- French level C1/C2 – mandatory.
- Good computer and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Previous customer service, sales, or call centre experience is an advantage.
- Must currently reside in Portugal.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Employment contract from the first day of training.
- Paid initial training.
- €100 guaranteed productivity bonus per month for the first 6 months.
