Job Description: End-to-end lifecycle of advanced AI solutions, from design and deployment to scaling of Machine Learning and Generative AI systems. Strong focus on autonomous AI agents. Transformation of Proofs of Concept and pilots into scalable, production-ready features, with direct impact on core products and business operations.
Must-Have
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, including moving models from development to production, with MLOps and deployment practices
- Deep expertise in Generative AI ecosystems, working with commercial models such as OpenAI and with open-source Large Language Models
- Practical experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Proven ability to design and orchestrate intelligent AI Agents that interact with external tools such as APIs and databases, using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen
- Advanced prompt engineering skills to optimize model outputs
- Comfort with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- High autonomy, sharp critical thinking, and ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value
- Academic background in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- Strong portfolio of previous end-to-end AI implementations with visible real-world impact
