We are hiring an English-speaking Telesales Consultant in Porto to work Monday to Friday during the day. You will contact existing and prospective customers, present offers that match their needs and close sales in a professional and transparent way.
Preparation makes a real difference, so you will review each account before calling, tailor your pitch and record every outcome accurately in our CRM. You will work toward clear weekly targets and review your performance with a coach, who will help you refine your approach and manage your pipeline effectively.
Requirements
- fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
- You must have at least one year of professional sales experience, ideally in telesales or inside sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- You should be articulate, persistent and friendly, and able to take rejection in your stride.
