Systems Operator

We are looking for Systems Operators to join a new technology project based in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals with a strong systems background who want to work in a demanding, business-critical operational environment.
The project will operate on a 24/7 shift basis and requires full on-site presence in Lisbon.
We are building a team composed of 6 Master-level professionals and 6 Journeyman-level professionals, bringing together different levels of experience to ensure continuous and reliable systems operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Systems Operator, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the client’s IT environment.
You will work across different technologies and operating environments, contributing to the stability of systems and collaborating closely with other technical professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Knowledge of Unix, Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with public cloud environments.
- Ability to analyse situations critically and take initiative when required.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Lisbon.
