You’ll help accelerate digital transformation within Siemens Energy’s Gas Services business by turning complex processes into efficient, scalable digital solutions. Your day could involve designing an automation in Power Automate or UiPath, optimizing a data pipeline using Alteryx and Snowflake, or working with business teams to identify the next process ready for transformation. You’ll connect technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Power Apps, and emerging AI and agentic solutions to create integrated workflows that make a measurable difference. Along the way, you’ll combine your technical expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative approach to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, and unlock cost savings across the business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and deliver automation solutions: Build robust end-to-end automations using UiPath, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code technologies, creating intuitive interfaces that support adoption by business users.
- Connect systems and technologies: Integrate applications including SAP and Salesforce with automation platforms and emerging AI and agentic technologies to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive activities.
- Transform business processes: Partner with business leads and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, map, and re-engineer processes, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles before automating them.
- Optimize data and analytics: Design and improve data pipelines using Alteryx and Snowflake, helping ensure reliable data flows and developing actionable dashboards and KPIs with Power BI or Tableau.
- Turn needs into solutions: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation, applying foundational analytics, statistics, and machine learning techniques to support business decision-making.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or another related technical field, together with typically 4–6+ years of professional experience in process automation, data analytics, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end automation projects and integrating low-code solutions within complex enterprise environments, including SAP and Salesforce.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation and low-code/no-code technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Mendix, with the ability to select the right technology for each business challenge.
- Experience with data transformation, analytics, and visualization technologies such as Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, and Tableau, as well as foundational knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
- A strong process improvement and collaborative mindset, with experience in process mapping and re-engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, requirements gathering, and technical documentation, as well as the ability to work effectively with business and cross-functional stakeholders.
You will join the Digital Business Process Transformation team within Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division, supporting business growth and digital initiatives through process automation, data optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The team focuses on scaling digital operations, improving efficiency and cycle times, achieving cost savings, and deploying advanced automation technologies across the business.
