What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries
- Process requests through back-office channels
- Identify customer needs and offer the right solution
- Handle objections and complaints professionally
- Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs
- Work across different IT systems and digital tools
- French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory)
- Already residing in Portugal
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude
- Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM
- Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
- Employment contract from the first day of training
