What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and chats with English-speaking customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services
- Close sales and meet or beat your monthly targets
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience on every contact
- Fluent English (C1 level or above), written and spoken
- Currently living in Lisbon or the greater Lisbon area, with the legal right to work in Portugal
- Available for rotational shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Sales, call center, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but no experience is required. Full training is provided.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and resilience
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
