- Critical Manufacturing (CM) BE Certification from Critical Manufacturing is required.
- Minimum 5+ years of active development experience on Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Minimum 8+ years of overall software development experience.
- Proven experience leading development teams in manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience in CMF Business Logic Development.
- Experience developing and supporting CM Extensions, Actions, Services, and Workflows.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Experience estimating development effort and managing technical delivery.
- Experience conducting customer workshops and requirement discussions.
- Experience reviewing code and enforcing development standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting production manufacturing systems.
