- Critical Manufacturing (CM) FE/BE Certification from Critical Manufacturing is required.
- Minimum 8+ years of MES implementation experience with at least 5+ years on Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale CMF MES solutions across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Strong expertise in CMF Architecture, Solution Design, and Platform Governance.
- Experience defining MES standards, reusable frameworks, and implementation guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with CMF Business Logic, Data Models, Smart Tables, Workflows, and Orchestration.
- Experience designing and governing CM Extensions, Services, Custom Actions, and Enterprise Integrations.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with Manufacturing Integrations including ERP, SAP, Equipment Connectivity, and Shop Floor Systems.
- Proven experience conducting architecture reviews, code governance, and production release approvals.
- Strong understanding of IoT architectures, OPC UA, MQTT, and event-driven manufacturing solutions.
- Experience leading globally distributed development teams.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites simultaneously.
- Critical Manufacturing MES v11 (Expert)
- CMF Architecture & Platform Governance is preferred
