WHO WE ARE?

Being the daughter company of Swisscom, we share our parent company’s values, vision and goals. Swisscom is Switzerland’s leading telecommunications and IT company and one of the most sustainable and innovative companies in the country.

We are a trustworthy and efficient IT service partner for Swisscom, creating valuable customer experiences in close collaboration with our partners in Switzerland. We want to attract and retain high performers who make a difference.

We are building our new Delivery Center in Lisbon from the ground up and are looking for a Leader Finance Services to build and run our finance operations, starting with Purchase-to-Pay.

If you are driven, curious and want to grow with us, join us and help shape our future.

The team / project

This is a founding role for finance services in Lisbon. You will lead the transition of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) from Switzerland to Lisbon and build a local finance team of up to around 25 people in the first phase. You will report to Finance in Switzerland and work closely with the finance and procurement teams there, internal business stakeholders and suppliers.

The center delivers finance services for Swisscom Switzerland and its subsidiaries only, with no external client work.

The role combines hands-on operations with strategy, with real ownership and visibility from day one. You will have a clear mandate to standardise processes and scale automation and AI. As further processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) move to Lisbon, your scope can grow, with the opportunity to take on a broader role in the local leadership team.

What you'll do

  • P2P transition: Lead the transition of P2P to Lisbon with colleagues from Switzerland, from knowledge transfer and shadowing through to stable, independent operation.
  • Team building: Hire, lead and develop the local finance team, from the first hires to a fully operational unit of around 25 people.
  • People development: Mentor and develop your team and build a strong culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Operations: Own day-to-day operations, service levels and process quality, so finance processes run reliably.
  • Controls & compliance: Ensure robust internal controls, compliance and audit-readiness in line with group finance standards.
  • Process improvement: Standardize processes and scale automation and AI across finance operations in Lisbon.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with Finance in Switzerland, report on progress and feed operational insight back.
  • Scaling: Lay the foundation for moving further finance processes, such as O2C and R2R, to Lisbon.

What we offer

  • Hybrid and flexible working: 2 days in the office, flexible hours between 6:00 and 20:00
  • 25 days of annual leave (3 more than the legal minimum)
  • Meal allowance of €10.40 per day
  • Multicare private health insurance, with the option to add dependents at an attractive cost
  • Personal accident and business travel insurance
  • Home-office allowance of €22 per month, plus a €300 home-office equipment budget every 5 years
  • Communication allowance of €20 per month, plus an €800 mobile phone budget every 3 years
  • Mobility allowance of €480 per year for your commute
  • Laptop and standard equipment kit
  • €1,000 referral bonus for every successful hire you refer
