About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the technical and logistical deployment of cloud-based ServiceNow solutions for our top-tier clients. You will be responsible for developing ServiceNow modules and web services, scoping requirements, configuring and customising the platform, and delivering high-quality technical solutions across the full project lifecycle — all while working remotely from Spain or Portugal.

Why join us?

HIGH-IMPACT PROJECTS — Work on demanding digitalization initiatives or build solutions from the ground up. This is where your expertise makes a real difference.

CUTTING-EDGE TECH — Stay sharp with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and emerging technologies. We invest in keeping you ahead of the curve.

FULLY REMOTE FROM SPAIN OR PORTUGAL — Work from wherever you’re most productive. No relocation, no commute, full flexibility.

CONTINUOUS LEARNING — Access to top learning platforms to deepen your expertise or pick up new skills you’ve been putting off.

A TEAM THAT HAS YOUR BACK — Talented colleagues who collaborate, support, and push each other to deliver quality work.

GLOBAL EXPOSURE — Work alongside international teams in a truly multicultural environment.

A CLEAR CAREER PATH — Grow vertically into greater responsibility or horizontally into new technologies. You decide the direction.

What’s In It For You

  • Restaurant tickets for every working day
  • Permanent contract — we’re investing in a long-term relationship
  • Flexible benefits: Gympass and nursery tickets through our flexible retribution scheme
  • Referral bonus — bring great people in and get rewarded
  • Competitive salary and bonuses — let’s talk numbers on our first call

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation experience across multiple modules
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) or one or more CIS certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-SIR) — desired
  • Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript including GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and general web technologies
  • Demonstrated implementation experience in at least one major ServiceNow suite: ITSM, HAM/SAM, ITOM, or SecOps-SIR
  • Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and managing data through import sets and transform maps
  • Experience implementing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and JDBC
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as SAP, Azure, Active Directory, Teams, Snowflake, or Power BI — a plus
  • Strong understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL best practices
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies for platform development and release management
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills — able to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent English — required. Spanish language skills are a plus

What You’ll Do

  • Perform core configuration and customisation tasks on the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
  • Design and develop custom applications, forms, lists, reports, and dashboards to meet client-specific requirements
  • Create, configure, and optimise workflows, Flow Designer flows, and custom workflow activities for Service Catalog and ITIL processes
  • Develop and maintain the Service Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other web technologies
  • Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and JDBC
  • Manage platform data using Import Sets and Transform Maps, ensuring CMDB integrity and CSDM compliance
  • Work closely with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to translate process requirements into efficient technical designs
  • Conduct unit testing, support QA and UAT, and manage code migration across instances using Update Sets or CI/CD pipelines
  • Adhere to ServiceNow and industry best practices to minimise technical debt and ensure platform stability
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, development logs, and post-implementation guides
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level ServiceNow support, resolving incidents, enhancements, and defects using JavaScript and server-side scripting
