As a IT Business Partner, you will work within the Technology department of a global company, helping align technology initiatives with business needs. You will build strong relationships between stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring effective collaboration, informed decision-making, and successful delivery of business objectives.

Description

Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and Global IT, ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives;
Translate business needs into structured IT requirements, supporting the prioritisation and delivery of projects, services, and improvements;
Oversee IT service delivery across the region, ensuring service quality, stability, and continuous improvement in line with business expectations;
Manage relationships with internal teams and external service providers, ensuring service performance and agreed KPIs are achieved;
Drive operational excellence by promoting ITSM best practices, process optimisation, automation, and service improvements;
Support service governance, risk management, and compliance activities while ensuring operational readiness for new or enhanced services.

Profile

Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field;
Extensive experience in IT Business Partnering, Business Relationship Management or senior IT Service Management within a global, multi-site or manufacturing organisation;
Experience working across business and technology teams to define clear requirements;
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and operational needs into structured IT demand and value-driven technology opportunities;
Strong practical knowledge of ITIL and ITSM practices;
Proven experience governing external IT vendors, managed service providers and internal technical teams;
Experience leading business or service reviews and engaging with senior stakeholders;
Experience shaping, prioritising and routing business demand through appropriate governance and delivery channels;
Experience working within manufacturing or another business-critical operational environment is desirable;
Experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent IT Service Management platform is desirable;
Fluent English.
