The role

Prepare and review monthly and annual accounting and tax obligations
Prepare and review monthly and annual accounting close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation
Perform and/or review other finance-related activities (reconciliations, reporting, etc.)
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation in financial and accounting operations
Plan tasks and support, coach, and develop team members
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Your profile

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel
Good knowledge of Power BI
Good knowledge of AI tools and applications
Solid understanding of SNC and IFRS
Advanced English language skills
Responsible and resilient
Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships
Open and global mindset
