Position Overview

Role: Customer Service Professional
Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian & Proficient in English
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site

Schedule & Hours

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
Shift Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time)

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63€ (net) per working day
Performance Bonus: 175€ per 11 months
Attendance Bonus: 75€ per 11 months

Key Requirements
