We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a finance operations team supporting an international healthcare and diabetes technology environment in Porto.

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys structured processes, accuracy, deadlines and working with financial data in a multinational setting.

What You Will Do

Contribute to Accounts Payable and wider finance operations with a strong focus on accuracy, accounting principles and timely execution.
Work with financial data and Excel-based analysis as part of day-to-day finance operations.
Support reliable and well-controlled finance processes while meeting operational deadlines.
Use or develop familiarity with ERP-based finance environments.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Finance Operations.
Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and accounting principles.
Fluent English.
Good MS Excel skills; formulas and PivotTables are particularly valuable.
Detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite is an advantage.

What You Will Receive

Gross salary: €1,300 per month, paid over 14 months.
Food allowance: €7.63 per working day.
Hybrid working model in Porto.
Monday-Friday schedule, 08:00-17:00, with weekends off.
Exposure to an international finance operations environment in the healthcare technology sector.
