Job Description: Management of deployment procedures across every software lifecycle environment, from development to production. Build, promotion and distribution automation, release planning with delivery and implementation plans, post-deployment health checks and roll-out follow-up. Stability and upkeep of development, certification, pre-production and production environments, plus application installation on internal servers and support for third-party ones.
Must-Have
- Senior background in software change and configuration management
- Solid command of software lifecycle management
- Full understanding of the development lifecycle, from first build to maintenance and operations
- Creative approach to complex automation challenges, eliminating repetitive tasks
- Troubleshooting of build tool issues
- Diagnosis and resolution of software and hardware configuration problems
- Configuration of build, test and deploy stages
- Fluent Portuguese and English, written and spoken
- Rigor, organization, perseverance and critical thinking
- Strong sense of responsibility, dynamism and composure under pressure
- Understanding of development work, with a combined view of infrastructure and development
- Programming skills in Java, Perl and Shell Script
- Knowledge of Harvest and SQL
- Familiarity with IT best practice standards such as ITIL and ISO 20000
