Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests
- Respond to client requests in the back office
- Demonstrate sales aptitude, depending on the specific projects
- Effectively handle objections and complaints
- Utilize various computer applications efficiently
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) at a C1/C2 level
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and ability to make suggestions
- Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal
- While experience in customer relations is considered an asset
Work model: On site (possibility to work remotely after 3-4 months provided that your performance is consistently in line with the expected targets)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00-19:00, 40 hours a week, rotational shifts
Remuneration: €953 up to €1120 gross per month, depending on experience, paid in 14 instalments
