Our Lisbon team is recruiting an English speaking outbound sales specialist to contact businesses, qualify opportunities and build lasting client relationships. If you enjoy starting conversations, handling objections and closing deals, this role offers real scope to grow.

You will make outbound calls and send follow up messages to decision makers, present our services clearly, record every interaction in our customer relationship management system and work towards agreed targets. Coaching and regular feedback will help you improve quickly.

We are looking for candidates with English at C1 level or higher and at least one year of business to business or outbound sales experience. The role involves rotating shifts totalling 40 hours a week, starting on 2 November 2026. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
