We're looking for an IT Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract and identify top talent in the technology sector.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage recruitment processes for IT roles;
- Work closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand and address their recruitment needs;
- Identify and attract candidates through different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms;
- Conduct screening interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through close and transparent communication;
- Participate in recruitment initiatives with universities;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles;
- Previous experience in technology companies will be considered a plus;
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Ability to identify, attract, and assess talent;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- A proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and team spirit;
- Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
- Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn and grow;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
