Technical Lead SAP (SAP Basis /SAP RISE)

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Define and lead the technical architecture and strategy for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business and project objectives;
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP environments, with a strong focus on SAP Basis and SAP RISE;
- Coordinate technical stakeholders and global teams, providing technical guidance in strategic projects and complex problem-solving;
- Ensure platform performance, stability, security, and quality, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- A maximum of 15 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Strong technical expertise in SAP Basis and SAP RISE;
- Proven experience in SAP solution design, technical architecture, and platform optimization;
- Experience in strategic projects and collaboration with global, multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to quality;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence is valued; relevant SAP certifications are a plus;
- Advanced English is mandatory; Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
