Energy Derivatives Trading Lead

Mission

The Energy Derivatives Trading Lead will be responsible for managing and developing a new financial trading function, with a direct impact on the organization's P&L.

Responsabilities

• Structure and manage a portfolio of financial instruments (energy derivatives);
• Develop trading and hedging strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Take direct responsibility for P&L and risk management;
• Create frameworks, processes, and governance structures in a "build from scratch" environment;
• Monitor international energy markets (power, gas, fuels, CO₂, etc.);
• Work closely with business teams and senior leadership.
