Join a team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with a range of service retail inquiries, providing inbound support primarily in German and English.

Location: Porto, Portugal, a vibrant coastal city known for its rich history, stunning architecture and delicious cuisine
Work model: Hybrid
Languages: German and English
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week. Shifts run within the window of 06:00 to 21:00.
Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a performance bonus, a complexity bonus and a meal allowance
Relocation: No relocation support provided

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service inquiries as the first line of contact for service retail
Assist customers with questions about phone banking access, security PINs and mobile banking app setup
Present product ranges with a sales-oriented approach
Support central marketing campaigns

Requirements

Fluent or native-level German
Proficiency in English
Ability to provide inbound customer service support
Sales-oriented approach to presenting product ranges
