We are looking for a Principal Product Manager in Lisbon area to work remotely. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in platform, PaaS, SaaS, data, or enterprise software; - Experience leading product for a technical platform or infrastructure area, such as databases, runtimes, or developer tools. AI platform experience is a plus; - Experience guiding engineering teams and coordinating work across many teams, or managing other PMs.; - Strong technical background or deep familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern AI concepts; - Experience with Jira and Productboard (or similar tools) and with structured planning, prioritization, and roadmap methods; - Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management, including presenting to large audiences and leaders; - Deep customer empathy and a track record of shipping impactful, data-driven products; - Proficient in English.
