Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging in French and English.
- Assist customers with car rental reservations, booking conditions, and rental procedures.
- Support clients before, during, and after their rental experience.
- Recommend additional services and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle post-rental inquiries, including invoices and damage-related issues.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely, effective solutions.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in French and English.
- At least 1 year of contact centre or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
- Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 18:00.
- Weekends off.
- On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
- Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.
- Relocation support, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
- Relocation details will be discussed during the interview.
- Flight tickets are not included.
