What will you do?

As a Customer Representative (German-Speaking), you will support customers with their insurance policies and provide assistance throughout their customer journey.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Handle customer requests via phone and chat
Provide clear information about insurance policies and services
Process customer requests through the policy administration system
Prepare and send replies, contractual documents and relevant information by email or post
Update customer and policy information
Process policy changes and payment detail updates
Handle requests related to claims and cancellations
Index and electronically archive documents
Ensure a professional, clear and positive customer experience

What are we looking for?

You’ll Be a Great Match If You

Have C2-level German
Have a B2 level of English
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Communicate in a professional, clear and diplomatic way
Have previous customer service experience – a plus
Are proactive, organized and self-motivated
Enjoy working as part of an international team
