IT Project Manager

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor IT projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and objectives; manage project phases and deliverables;
- Lead internal and external teams, ensuring effective communication; monitor progress, costs and suppliers;
- Identify risks and constraints, proposing improvements and solutions to ensure alignment between business needs and technology;
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in IT;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies; good knowledge of project management tools;
- English will be valued;
- Strong organizational and planning skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability; results-oriented.
