Day Shift | Rotating schedule between 07:00–22:00

€1,320.67 monthly package

Troubleshooting account access and user issues
Supporting billing and invoicing inquiries
Guiding customers on how to use AI products effectively
Supporting both individual and business users across multiple channels
Working in an international, fast-paced tech environment
Who We're Looking For
Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support, or Technical Support is required
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools
Customer-focused, analytical, and able to explain solutions clearly
Available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday
