We are looking for a French-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic team in Braga. You will provide professional customer support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Assist customers with their questions and concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Follow established procedures and service standards
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- C2 or native-level French proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must already reside in Portugal
- Must live within 50 km of the Braga office
- Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered
