As a Greek & English-Speaking Content Moderator, you will help maintain the quality, safety, and compliance standards of an e-commerce platform.
You will review user-generated content, apply relevant policies, make rational decisions, and ensure that content meets established quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Review content and ensure compliance with platform policies
- Maintain high quality and safety standards
- Apply rational decision-making based on local market knowledge
- Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards
- Identify and escalate policy, legal, or safety issues
- Ensure product and service standards are maintained
- Stay up to date with e-commerce products, services, and policies
- Handle increased queue volumes during peak periods
- Adapt to policy updates and changing requirements
- Follow established procedures and operating standards
- Fluent or native-level Greek
- Good proficiency in English
- Previous content moderation experience is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle high volumes of content efficiently
- Ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures
- Strong customer service skills and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
