Portuguese-Speaking Customer Sales Agent – Lisbon, Portugal

We are currently looking for Portuguese-speaking Customer Sales Agents to join our team in Lisbon and work on an exciting outbound sales project for one of our leading BPO clients.

Lisbon, Portugal — on-site

Your Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers
Present products and services in a clear and professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Handle customer questions and objections
Follow sales procedures and achieve defined targets
Maintain accurate information in the relevant systems
Provide a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

Fluent/native-level Portuguese
Good level of English
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not always required
Motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
