To lead the store's commercial and operational performance, developing a high-performing sales team while ensuring an outstanding customer experience and consistently achieving business objectives.
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, promoting a strong performance and customer-oriented culture.
- Drive sales and profitability, ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
- Monitor key retail KPIs, analyse results and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Ensure an excellent and personalized customer experience, effectively communicating the brand's heritage and values.
- Organize team schedules, responsibilities and daily store operations.
- Manage stock, inventories, cash procedures and security standards.
- Ensure the store maintains the highest standards of presentation and organization.
- Guarantee the correct implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Identify commercial opportunities to increase sales, customer loyalty and overall store performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail store management, preferably within jewellery, cosmetics, premium fashion or luxury.
- Proven experience leading, motivating and developing retail teams.
- Strong commercial mindset and solid understanding of retail KPIs.
- Results-driven profile with the ability to translate performance data into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer orientation and appreciation for premium products and craftsmanship.
- Fluent Portuguese and English are essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to work according to retail schedules, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 and 19:00.
